Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. MacMillan joined Hologic in December 2013 as President and CEO, and has led a dramatic turnaround at the Company.
He was elected Chairman of our Board of Directors in June 2015. From 2005 to 2012, Mr. MacMillan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Stryker Corporation, where he had been President since 2003. During his tenure at Stryker, Mr. MacMillan successfully led the company through a series of key strategic acquisitions, the launch of a number of products within the orthopedic implants and medical instrumentation businesses, and delivered strong operating performance, with revenue tripling from $2.8 billion to $8.3 billion, between 2003 and 2011. Prior to 2003, Mr. MacMillan was a senior executive with Pharmacia Corporation, where he oversaw five global businesses with revenues exceeding $2 billion, including one in diagnostics.
Prior to joining Pharmacia, Mr. MacMillan spent 11 years with Johnson & Johnson in a variety of senior roles both in the U.S. and Europe, including President of the joint venture between Johnson & Johnson and Merck. Mr. MacMillan began his career with Procter and Gamble in 1985. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Davidson College and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. Mr. MacMillan currently serves as independent director and non-executive chair of Illumina, Inc. and on the board of directors of AdvaMed. Mr. MacMillan previously served on the Boards of Directors of Alere, Inc., Boston Scientific Corporation and Texas Instruments.

Monica Aguirre Berthelot joined Hologic in August of 2012 following the acquisition of Gen-Probe, where she served as Assistant to the Chairman, President and CEO from 2005 to 2014. She was promoted to Senior Assistant to the Chairman and CEO of Hologic in January 2014 and to her current role in February 2019. Prior to joining Gen-Probe, Ms. Aguirre worked at Radianz, a technology company based in New York, and at TransTechnology, an aerospace and industrial products company in New Jersey. She has served as an Executive Assistant to the Chairmen and CEOs of various publicly traded companies over a career that spans 30 years.

Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Regulatory Affairs

Scott Christensen was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory in October 2023. He joined Hologic in 2015 as Senior Director, Finance, Global Operations, was promoted to Vice President, Internal Audit in 2018, and was promoted to Vice President, Finance, Global Supply Chain in 2021.

As a trusted business partner to the Global Supply Chain organization, Mr. Christensen delivered process improvements within Operations Finance and played a key role in the strategic and operational activities of the finance and global supply chain functions. Prior to joining Hologic, Mr. Christensen held various roles of increasing responsibility at AT&T, Boston Scientific and EMC. He received a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Geneseo, and a Master’s Degree in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources

Diana De Walt joined Hologic in August 2024. Prior to joining Hologic, Ms. De Walt consulted for several diagnostics and biotechnology companies, providing executive coaching and developing emerging human resources leaders. From 2015 to 2017, she worked at Natera, Inc. as Chief People Officer. Prior to that, she held the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Gen-Probe from 2005 until its acquisition by Hologic in 2012. Before joining Gen-Probe, Ms. De Walt established The HR Company, where she and her team of HR consultants provided human resources leadership and support to more than 85 companies over 11 years. From 1988 to 1993, she served as Vice President, Human Resources for Mitek Systems, Inc. She has served as a human resources leader for a wide variety of private and publicly held companies during her more than 35-year career.

Anne Liddy was promoted to General Counsel in May 2025. She joined Hologic in 2007 through its merger with Cytyc Corporation, where she had served as a commercial attorney since 2006. Since then, she has held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, with a broad portfolio covering commercial, intellectual property, compliance, employment and litigation matters. Prior to joining Hologic, Ms. Liddy served as Corporate Counsel at Pfizer, Inc., where she provided commercial and regulatory support to the consumer health business. She began her legal career at Ropes & Gray, LLP, where she was an associate in the healthcare department. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Holy Cross College, a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell University Law School, and a Health Law Certification from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

She previously managed regional marketing for a Fortune 500 consultancy, with a strong focus on growth-stage ventures and executive visibility.

Alina Krawcheck has served as Regional Vice President and General Manager since October 2021. She has over 15 years of regional management experience, having held various positions in regional operations and business development at Mindray North America from 2010 to 2020. She currently serves as Regional Vice President for HOLOGIC, responsible for business development and team management in New Jersey, New York, California, Massachusetts, Delaware, and Wisconsin. During this time, she successfully led a cross-functional team to achieve nine-digit revenue growth and drove the implementation of multiple strategic projects, effectively increasing market share and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining HOLOGIC, Leanna had many years of experience in the medical industry and was good at cross-team collaboration and innovation-driven. She is also the co-founder of V Line Cosmetic Clinic, dedicated to combining medicine and aesthetics to provide women with more accurate and reliable care services.

Prior to this role, she served as Head of Finance for a multi-national life sciences group, where she led several IPO-readiness initiatives, built sustainable cost structures, and drove value through strategic partnerships and technology-driven reporting.

Jennifer Allen is a public affairs expert with a strong background in artificial intelligence and technology. She currently serves as Vice President of Public Affairs, dedicated to promoting the company's policy communication, brand reputation and public cooperation strategy in the field of medical technology.

Prior to joining Hologic, Jennifer worked in cutting-edge technology companies such as Sandbox AQ, Genesis AI, Trustible and Samaya AI, and has accumulated extensive experience in artificial intelligence, ethical technology governance, corporate communication and external relations management. She is good at building a bridge for effective dialogue between government, industry and social organizations, and helping companies build a public image with trust and transparency.

Jennifer has a deep understanding of medical innovation, technology ethics and social responsibility. She is leading the company to achieve key breakthroughs in policy advocacy, media liaison, international cooperation and other aspects.

She firmly believes that the power of technology should go hand in hand with the public interest, and communication is not only a connection, but also the foundation of trust.

Ms. Freeman was appointed Managing Director to the HOLOGIL Board in September 2017. Ms. Freeman leads the company's global medical technology, devices and diagnostics businesses. Since joining HOLOGIC in November 2013, Ms. Freeman has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility within the company and was promoted to Managing Director in September 2017. Ms. Freeman focuses on leadership deployment at both the executive and non-executive levels, addressing senior talent issues such as succession planning, talent development and team effectiveness. Prior to joining HOLOGIL, Ms. Freeman worked as a strategic consultant at Monitor Group for four years, advising major clients in the UK and globally. Ms. Freeman holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from INSEAD.

Ms. Belinda has served as Executive Vice President of Strategy since June 2020. She joined HOLOGIC in 2017 as Director of Strategy and was promoted to Executive Vice President of Strategy in 2020. Since joining HOLOGIC, she has promoted seven core transformation projects in three years, helping the company achieve double growth in revenue and profit, turning ideas into reality, and playing a key role in corporate transformation, digitalization, AI implementation, and diversified organizations. Ms. Belinda has nearly 20 years of experience in medical device strategy and front-line execution. From 2007 to 2017, she worked at Henry Schein in various commercial positions with increasing responsibilities. Her expertise lies in simplifying complexities, breaking down multi-year strategies into practical roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implanting a performance-oriented execution culture. She has rigorous analytical skills, keen operational insight, and change leadership to drive sustainable transformation in a dynamic market.
